Hello,
In accordance with law in UK I cannot be self-employed or I cannot do a full-time job as a student. Looking for the way how to run my own business here I have found conflicting information about my rights to be owner of Ltd in UK. So I have got two simply questions:
1. Can I, as a student, be owner of Ltd in UK but not appointed as a director or a secretary in the company (not employed at all)?
2. Can someone who is a foreigner and lives abroad be appointed as a director of Ltd Company or a director must be settled in UK?
Please help.
